I had a really nice stay for 4 nights. the room was quiet and comfortable, with an exceptionally cozy bed. It was great to have a microwave oven, electric kettle, and stovetop available. the location was marvelous for exploring the shopping area and was conveniently close to the beach and Victoria, as well as next to other Big 4 parks.

a microwave oven, air conditioning, and an iron inside the cabin were handy.

Everything was awesome, marvellous location not far from main town centre, a great park with excellent facilities and Victoria, awesome experience. The hotel took care of the friendly service.

The staff were helpful and provided us with plenty of tips, and we enjoyed a clean, wonderful room with cozy beds and great facilities at this place.

The location of this place is awesome! It's close to the main shops and other parks. 🏞️.

We had an amazing stay at Big4 Ingenia Holidays. the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, responding promptly when we needed assistance. Our cabin was not only comfortable with a great bed and a spacious fridge, but it also had excellent facilities for cooking, making our stay much more enjoyable. the kids had a fantastic time with all the activities available, from the pools to the playgrounds, giving us peace of mind while they played safely.

Everything was just right 😊.

Everything was good as expected. the unit we got was neat and had a TV in the bedroom. the service was absolutely great. the location was particularly fabulous, and the staff was wonderfully friendly! the hotel was an ideal place to enjoy a comfortable stay.

I had a really nice stay for four nights. the room I booked was quiet and had a TV, which was great. the location was fantastic, just a short distance from all the places I wanted to visit. the onsite bar was superb, and the staff were excellent.

The villa was spacious and super comfy, with a well-equipped kitchen and living area perfect for family meals. Loved being in a quiet part of the park, yet so close to beaches and the town. the kids had a blast with all the activities available!

Found the shower a bit cramped, but others might appreciate the minimalist design.

Great for family with younger kids. Fabulous pool and water park. Community room was brilliant. Convenient location with shops and restaurants nearby.

I loved how close this place is to the beach, it was just a short walk away. The staff were friendly and prompt when I had an issue with the TV. The facilities here were fantastic, with an indoor pool and waterpark that kept the kids entertained for hours. The beds were comfy and the blackout blinds were amazing - I had the best sleep each night!

We had a wonderful time at this hotel, with the best aspects being the location and facilities. It was very close to the beach, so we were able to enjoy the sun and sand every day. The facilities were excellent too, with an indoor pool, waterpark, jumping pillow, playground, go-karts. We had a lot of fun trying out everything that was available. In addition, the hotel was very clean and had ample parking. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, making our stay very enjoyable.

We enjoyed the location of this hotel, which was conveniently close to the beach and town center. The staff were friendly and accommodating, offering us a slight discount when they double-booked us. We particularly enjoyed the splash zone, which had two slides and a big bucket for added excitement.

The swimming pool was a bit small for the number of guests, and as a result, always crowded. We were disappointed to find that the tennis court had been converted to a car playing area, as we had booked this hotel partly because of the tennis court.

Located directly opposite the stunning beach, this accommodation has an incredible view. Enjoy the beach experience in full swing as this place has loads of things for kids, a lovely swimming pool, and clean amenities & camp kitchen.

One downside of this place is the small size of the pool that tends to get a bit crowded during peak hours.

the staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.

Worst aspects , we did find the sites a little cramped and close together, which made for a less relaxing camping experience. some of the amenities were quite basic, which detracted a bit from the overall comfort level.
